As with all software packages, ULTIMA allows you to input, research and print data. But because our clients have diverse needs, it is difficult to produce form, list and label reports that suit everyone. GCI wanted to offer a simple, complete and user-friendly tool that gives you the capability to independently produce customized reports that meet your requirements in every respect, in addition to having the option of selecting from dozens of ready-made reports.

IMPRES is a ground-breaking report writer that meshes seamlessly with ULTIMA and DAD.

It allows organizations to produce their own forms, lists and labels.

It lets designated users configure, change and deploy reports using data from various ULTIMA collections, inventories and entities, in just minutes!

Sharing

IMPRES offers infinite possibilities for creating (shareable) private and public reports.

 

Graphical user interface

IMPRES provides a simple, user-friendly graphical interface. Everything can be done in one screen!

 

 

Format and orientation

IMPRES lets users choose the format (letter or legal) and orientation of reports (portrait or landscape).

 

Report type

IMPRES can create label or form reports (a wide range of AVERY and other templates).

 

Toolbox

IMPRES lets users position the organization’s name and logo on the report, as well as a bar code, title, page counter, date and time and other information.

 

Sections

IMPRES lets users manage report headers and footers, page headers and footers, sections and details.

 

Units of measurement

IMPRES shows the dimension of objects in centimetres or inches, depending on user preference.

 

General features

Users can write descriptions and notes and enter default settings for the font, language, margins, orientation, format, and number of pages in the preview.

 

Sort

Users can specify the sort order (ascending or descending) of report fields.

 

Label features

Users can specify the number of copies for each label.

 

Report object features

Users can specify the appearance, font (alignment, size, bold/italics/underline and colour), properties (enlarge/reduce, multilines and visibility), data, formatting (X, Y, height and width), summary and border for each field.
